ECA is round pellet structure produced by firing natural clay at temperature of 1200°C. The result is a hard, honeycombed structure of interconnecting voids within the aggregate. The particles formed are rounded in shape and generally range in size from 0-30mm; these are processed to the required grading, depending on the final use. ECA is an extremely light weight, strong and thermally insulating material. ADVANTAGES PREVENTS ROOT ROT Another result of increased Oxygen levels and improved drainage is that aerobic (air breathing) bacteria populations remain strong which keep the disease causing anaerobic (non air breathing) bacteria at bay. PROVIDES PHYSICAL STABILITY When growing outdoors with a lightweight media such as coco pit etc., , blending some ECA into the mix will give planters the extra weight they need to resist getting knocked over by wind, rain or small animals. REDUCES WATERING REQUIREMENTS & WATER EVAPORATION By top dressing your pots and planters with a one to two inch layer of ECA evaporative losses are reduced which effectively conserves water and increases the time between watering EASY REUSE ECA can be kept for an unlimited time, without ever changing. Supplied in bags it is easy to use, store, carry and dose. BLOCKS ALGAE AND FUNGUS GNATS A top dressing of ECA also serves to block direct light from reaching the growing media which prevents problematic algae from growing on its surface. This 'dry' top dressing also deters fungus gnats from colonizing your containers with their root destroying larvae. *Environment-friendly *Non-combustible *Natural insulation *Vegetation in the roof can also help prevent UV rays *Very light, yet holds moisture

UVDisinfectionSystem

Aquaculture UV Systems Fish farms, RAS aquaculture systems and fish hatcheries require good quality water as a critical success factor. After all, they have lakhs of Rupees invested in their livestock. The high value fish and sea food in are susceptible to rapid spread of diseases that can quickly endanger the value of fish stock. UV Systems offer reliable protection from pathogens like Aeromonas, Enterovirulent E-Coli, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Vibrio and other pathogenic microorganisms. Ever changing environmental conditions pose a continuous challenge to aquaculture industry. Chemicals like chlorine, ozone or bactericides have severe limitations in Aquaculture. This makes UV an attractive option for aquaculture industry. Depending on your requirements, we can offer UV systems for reliable protection of your fish stock in multiple ways. Our UV systems are commonly used for: Feed water disinfection Fish tank disinfection in a re-circulation loop to for fish tank water disinfection Effluent water disinfection Fish hatchery disinfection for protection of larvae & juvenile fish Process water disinfection in fish and seafood processing units Prawn farms Aquarium disinfection
